CrossFit Modern – Monthly Challenge
March Row/Ski Challenge (No Measure)
Every week in March, perform a 1,000M Row or Ski at least 3 times throughout the week. This will likely take 5 minutes or less and can be done before or after class as long as you do not interfere with the current class.
(For week 1, you only have to do two, since it’s a shortened week).
Log your score in the next section each day that you perform the 1,000M Row or Ski.
Challenge Dates: March 1st through March 31st
Scoring: Each time that you perform a 1,000M Row or Ski, you will log the time that it took you to complete the 1,000M. Then, on the last day of the month, you will look through and see if you successfully did this at least 3 times every week (only twice in week one because it is a shorter week). If so, you will log a checkmark under the “Successfully Completed Challenge” scoring section, to be considered for the winning prize.
What Counts: You can perform 1,000M Row or Ski. You do not have to stick with the same option throughout the month. But each 1,000M must be unbroken. Rowing and Skiing done in class workouts does not count. This is extra work to be done outside of class.
