Warm-up
Circle kids up and perform 10 each of each movement, synchro: air squats, burpees, pushups.
Skill
Farmers carry
Let the kids choose KBs or DBs, whatever you have available! Since its a carry, allow them to use heavier weights than what we would typically use for snatches.
